Ubjective Labs LLC deploys AI-powered phone agents and website chat agents on behalf of client businesses. When interacting with our AI agents:

• Conversations may be processed to provide the requested service

• AI agents are not human representatives

• AI agents are designed to assist with service inquiries, booking, and customer support

• No conversation data is sold or shared with third parties

6. Discovery Calls

• Discovery calls are offered free of charge and carry no obligation

• Ubjective Labs LLC reserves the right to decline service to any prospective client

• Discovery calls are conducted via Google Meet and are scheduled through our online calendar

7. Payment Terms

• Monthly service fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis

• All fees are non-refundable after the 30-day free demo period

• Ubjective Labs LLC reserves the right to modify pricing with 30 days written notice

• Failure to pay may result in suspension of services

8. 30-Day Free Demo

• All new clients receive a 30-day free demo period with no contracts or commitments required

• If you are not satisfied after 30 days you may cancel with no penalty

• After the demo period monthly billing begins automatically unless cancelled

9. Intellectual Property

• All systems, workflows, automations, and configurations built by Ubjective Labs LLC remain the intellectual property of Ubjective Labs LLC unless otherwise agreed in writing

• Client-specific content such as business information, logos, and copy provided by the client remains the property of the client

10. Limitation of Liability

Ubjective Labs LLC is not liable for:

• Lost revenue or missed opportunities resulting from system downtime

• Carrier delays or message delivery failures outside our control

• A2P campaign rejections resulting from inaccurate information provided by the client

• Third-party platform outages including GoHighLevel

11. Termination

• Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice

• Ubjective Labs LLC reserves the right to terminate services immediately for violation of these terms or misuse of our systems

12. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Mississippi. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Harrison County, Mississippi.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service periodically. The latest version will always be available on our website. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
